Most of our buyers move from first email to loaded container inside three weeks. Here's exactly how that sequence runs, what's on you, and what's on us.
Buyer: Share SKU name, quantity (FCL count or MT), destination port, Incoterms (FOB / CFR / CIF), and target price.
HerbnSeed: Acknowledge within 24 hours.
Day 0
HerbnSeed: Issue signed quotation — FOB / CFR / CIF price, packing spec, lead-time, lab-test scope, validity (typically 7–15 days).
Buyer: Review, counter if needed, confirm SKU specs.
Day 1 – 3
Both sides: Sign Proforma Invoice (PI).
Payment options:
Day 3 – 7
HerbnSeed: Procurement, cleaning, grading, packing per spec. In-process QC, pre-shipment lab tests.
Buyer (optional): Nominate SGS / BV / Intertek / Cotecna inspection; arrange insurance if CIF.
Day 5 – 15
HerbnSeed prepares: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary, Fumigation, Halal, 3rd-party Inspection report, any additional (EUR.1 / Form A / COFTA).
Day 14 – 18
HerbnSeed: Container stuffed at warehouse or at port, sealed, loaded on nominated vessel at FOB Karachi / Port Qasim.
B/L issued within 3–5 days of sailing. Telex release or original 3/3 set couriered.
Day 18 – 21+
Our default. Most competitive. You handle freight + insurance through your own forwarder.
We book the vessel + pay ocean freight. You still arrange insurance on your side.
Full door-to-port coverage — ocean freight + marine insurance included in our invoice.
Ex-works from our Lahore / Multan warehouse. Buyer arranges inland transport to Karachi.
